Position: Operations Manager Maruti Suzuki Spare Parts Distributor

Location: Dibrugarh, Assam

Experience: 10 to 15 years or more (Maruti Suzuki parts experience is a must)

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Maruti Suzuki Spare Parts Distribution division at Lahowal, Dibrugarh. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in managing operations, inventory, logistics, and team performance within the Maruti Suzuki spare parts domain.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee and manage overall warehouse and distribution operations for Maruti Suzuki spare parts.

? Ensure smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams.

? Maintain optimum stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of parts.

? Monitor order processing, billing, and dispatch accuracy.

? Implement efficient inventory control, storage, and material handling systems.

? Coordinate with Maruti Suzuki officials for order placements, supply chain updates, and compliance.

? Ensure timely delivery of parts to dealers and customers with minimal discrepancies.

? Lead, train, and motivate the operations team for enhanced productivity.

? Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation in line with company standards.

? Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

? Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 1015+ years of experience in spare parts operations management.

? Mandatory experience in Maruti Suzuki spare parts distribution or dealership operations.

? Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse systems.

? Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

? Proficiency in ERP and MS Office applications.

? Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
