Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our daily business operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience and the ability to ensure smooth workflows, support project delivery, manage resources, and maintain efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company.
  • Ensure effective coordination between departments (PR, Marketing, Creative, and HR).
  • Implement and optimize operational processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Support project timelines, deliverables, and client servicing requirements.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, office administration, and operational budgets.
  • Identify gaps, recommend improvements, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on performance, goals, and resource utilization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations management or a related industry (preferably PR, Marketing, or Communications).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and reporting systems.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional with a solution-driven mindset.
