Cotiviti Hiring : Operations Manager

Job Location : Pune & Coimbatore.

Experience :

Educational Requirement :

Any Medical degree : MBBS or BHMS or BAMS or BPT
(OR)
Any Life Science Degree
CPC certification is Mandatory
E&M coding experience is preferrable
Excellent communication skills.

Experience Requirement :

Experience in US Healthcare, medical coding, medical billing, RCM health plan operations strongly preferred.
Possesses knowledge of healthcare claims payment policy and processing specifically CMS, Medicaid regulations, AAOS, ICD-9, CPT & HCPCS, etc.
Exp in Healthcare management with experience in claim processing, data management & data analysis
Effective Communicator both written and verbal.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment

Principle Duties and Responsibilities :

Handling day to day operations
Actively involved in client communications to discuss feedback on agents performance
Minimizes absenteeism and controls attrition within the team by creating the right environment for them to work in.
Liaison between support function and Operations to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activities
