We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Operations Manager to oversee the daily functioning and long-term growth of our school. Key Responsibilities Manage and streamline day-to-day operations across academic, residential, and administrative departments. Ensure smooth coordination between faculty, staff, and management. Oversee budgeting, resource management, and reporting systems. Implement efficient systems for logistics, hostel management, and student services. Monitor policies, compliance, and institutional standards. Support leadership in strategic planning, event management, and external partnerships. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields. 3–5 years of proven experience in operations or administration (educational sector preferred). Strong organisational, leadership, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Tech-savvy with knowledge of digital tools for operations and reporting.
