Role Overview: We are seeking proactive Operations Managers (up to 2 hires) who will act as the central point of contact for day-to-day operations. This role ensures our homes run smoothly, staff are well-coordinated, and guests enjoy a seamless stay from booking to checkout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff.
• Manage guest communications directly via Airbnb, WhatsApp, and phone.
• Handle check-in / check-out processes, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Conduct regular inventory checks (supplies, linen, toiletries, consumables, etc.).
• Perform quality control audits to uphold cleanliness and service standards.
• Track and report daily updates on property operations and guest experience.
• Assist with basic financial tracking (deposits, payments, occupancy).
• Support the setup of new properties as the portfolio expands.
• Build strong relationships with staff, vendors, and guests to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driving license and must own a 2/4 wheeler for travel in and around Jaipur. Travel allowance to be provided
• College degree (any discipline).
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (read, write, speak).
• 1–3 years of work experience preferred; background in hospitality, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to commit ~8 hours per day.
• Willingness to travel in and around Jaipur and nearby areas.

Compensation & Benefits:

• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience.
• Performance-based bonus of up to 3 months’ salary annually.
