Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff. Manage guest communications directly via Airbnb, WhatsApp, and phone. Handle check-in / check-out processes, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures. Conduct regular inventory checks (supplies, linen, toiletries, consumables, etc.). Perform quality control audits to uphold cleanliness and service standards. Track and report daily updates on property operations and guest experience. Assist with basic financial tracking (deposits, payments, occupancy). Support the setup of new properties as the portfolio expands. Build strong relationships with staff, vendors, and guests to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Must have a valid driving license and must own a 2/4 wheeler for travel in and around Jaipur. Proficiency in English and Hindi (read, write, speak). 1–3 years of work experience preferred; background in hospitality, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
