Key Responsibilities:
1. Chat with guests on Airbnb and WhatsApp, sharing check-in/check-out details.
2. Create guest WhatsApp groups and stay connected during their visit.3. Collect and store guest IDs safely on Google Drive.4. Share updates between guests, owners, and our operations manager.5. Follow up with guests after checkout for reviews and feedback.
Other requirements
1. Basic English & Hindi communication skills.
2. Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Drive, and simple mobile apps.
3. Organized, polite, and responsive.
