Operations Manager-IT Break Fix

Role Overview: As an IT Product Delivery Manager, your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT Products to ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing service-related concerns and escalations. Your responsibility will include implementing best practices and process improvements to maintain high-quality service standards. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and expectations will be crucial. Conducting regular service reviews and feedback sessions with stakeholders will also be part of your duties.
