The position of UEM/Endpoint Management Specialist based in Pune is currently available on a Contract to Hire basis. As a dedicated and experienced Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing the Unified End Point Management platform. Your key responsibilities will include owning the entire lifecycle of End user computing services, encompassing planning, deployment, and continuous improvement. You will be accountable for the Service Operations and delivery of the End user platform services, which involve tasks such as Application Packaging using MSI technology, Intune publishing, and Virtualization of software using App-V. Your expertise in Microsoft MECM and Intune, along with architectural experience in managing and operating the platform, will be essential for this role. Your responsibilities will also extend to managing software lifecycle management from procurement to disposal, as well as handling Hardware Asset lifecycle. Operational acceptance of project deliverables and operational change assessment will fall under your purview. In this role, you will design and deploy Windows and mac Gold images in accordance with Microsoft release cycles, and you should have experience with migration and remediation of software packages. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical solutions will be a crucial aspect of your role. Developing and maintaining service roadmaps to ensure alignment with business goals and technology trends, monitoring service performance, and implementing necessary improvements to meet SLAs and KPIs will be part of your responsibilities. You will also manage vendor relationships to ensure effective utilization of third-party services and support. Conducting regular service reviews and audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards will also be a key aspect of your role as a UEM/Endpoint Management Specialist.,
