The role demands effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of orders, execution of deliveries, and completion of required documentation to support seamless payment collection. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing & Coordination Receive and validate purchase orders from customers or the Sales team. Ensure timely and accurate generation of sales orders in D365. Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for order readiness and dispatch planning. Prioritize orders based on delivery timelines and customer commitments. Delivery Management Track and monitor dispatches to ensure timely delivery to customer locations, including multiple or individual delivery sites. Coordinate with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders for smooth shipment execution. Handle delivery-related escalations or address discrepancies in a timely manner. Support Sales and Finance teams by ensuring documentation readiness, particularly for Government and Retail segments. Maintain well-organized records for audit compliance and reconciliation. Address customer concerns and coordinate internally for resolution. Reporting & MIS Generate daily reports on order status, pending deliveries, and documentation gaps. Support internal business reviews with clear visibility into the order and delivery pipeline.
