Greetings from TVS Electronics! Position Overview Field-based Desktop Support Engineer providing on-site technical support across multiple client locations. Salary cannot be negotiated! NOTE: Mandatory Requirements: Two-wheeler ownership (motorcycle/scooter) - MANDATORY Valid driving license Willingness to travel to field locations daily Strong problem-solving skills Independent working ability Key Responsibilities Provide on-site desktop and hardware support Troubleshoot Windows 11 and Active Directory issues Configure Microsoft Outlook and network settings Install and maintain computer hardware Document support activities and escalate complex issues Required Qualifications Technical Skills: CCNA certification Windows 11 administration Active Directory management Microsoft Outlook configuration Network troubleshooting Hardware support Experience 1-2 years desktop support experience preferred Customer service experience advantageous Interested candidates can share their resume to nivedita.nair@tvs-e.in Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Application Question(s): The package would be between 20000 - 23000 along with the petrol allowance, would that be fine for you?
