Key Responsibilities: Location: Anantapur, Rajahmundry Provide laptop/desktop troubleshooting, repair and maintenance. Diagnose and repair hardware issues including motherboard, screen, keyboard, and battery replacements. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues such as operating system errors and malware problems. Perform system configurations and updates for optimal performance. Install, configure and upgrade laptop/desktop components and software. Conduct preventive maintenance checks. Ability to work on field and attend customer complaints Bike and driving license are mandatory.
