Service Delivery & SLA Coordinator – Fintech Operations

We are seeking a proactive Service Delivery & SLA Coordinator to manage field operations and ensure SLA compliance across our fintech support ecosystem. The role involves coordinating with field engineers, tracking service tickets, and ensuring timely call closures for POS devices, payment terminals, and digital banking hardware.

NOTE: Should be from from a Fintech / Payments Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage SLA adherence and TAT compliance across service requests
• Coordinate with field service engineers for prompt issue resolution
• Track incident tickets, service logs, and escalate delays
• Ensure call closure within defined timelines
• Generate periodic SLA reports and highlight deviations
• Liaise with fintech clients/vendors to ensure service satisfaction

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in field service coordination or SLA management
• Exposure to fintech, digital payments, or POS support operations
• Strong understanding of ticketing systems, TAT, and service metrics
• Good communication and escalation handling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
