Inside Sales Executive - IT Peripherals Job Summary: Drive sales growth for IT peripheral products including printers, scanners, keyboards, and related accessories through inside sales activities. Focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue achievement through telephonic and digital channels. NOTE : Kannada and Hindi is Must. Location: Chennai Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert prospects for IT peripherals (printers, scanners, keyboards, mouse, webcams, etc.) Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound sales calls to potential customers Present product features, specifications, and pricing to customers Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities Maintain customer database and update CRM with sales activities Coordinate with technical team for product demonstrations and support Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and retail customers Handle order processing and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery Required Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT hardware/peripherals Knowledge of IT peripheral products and their applications Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Target-oriented mindset with proven sales track record Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Are you an immediate joinee?
