Proficiency in Hindi and Tamil is a must. 2. EMS/Hardware industry background preferred. Key Requirements Experience in EMS or Hardware industry Hands-on experience with label and thermal printers Strong telecalling and customer communication skills Responsibilities Provide online technical support to customers via telecalling Troubleshoot label and thermal printer issues Maintain customer data in Excel Handle customer escalations effectively Preferred Skills Customer support experience Knowledge of printer technologies MS Excel proficiency Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Shift: Day shift Application Question(s): Are you an Immediate Joiner?
