Operations Manager – Bangalore

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Bangalore, focusing on last-mile delivery operations with electric three wheelers. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to oversee and optimize our delivery processes while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Last-Mile Delivery Operations: Oversee end-to-end operations for last-mile delivery using electric three wheelers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor team leads (TLs) and operational staff to achieve operational excellence, improve performance, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding delivery staff and operational team members.
• Client Coordination & Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, prompt resolution of issues, and high client satisfaction.
• Invoice Management & Payment Tracking: Generate invoices accurately, track payments, and maintain financial records to ensure smooth business operations.
• Ground-Level Operations: Monitor day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, operational efficiency, and resource optimization.
• Process Improvement: Analyze operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and delivery quality.
• Business Development Support: Assist in client acquisition strategies, helping to grow the business and strengthen client relationships.
• Electric Three Wheeler Management: Ensure proper allocation, maintenance, and utilization of electric three wheelers for delivery operations.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in operations management or related roles.
• Proven experience in client handling, operational management, invoicing, and team leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in last-mile delivery operations and managing delivery vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
