Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our operational processes and ensure efficient and effective business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements in large corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the skill assessment processes.
• Ensure all assessments are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures as per AB & NCVET.
• Monitor and improve the efficiency of support services.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of coordinators, assessors, proctors, and Operational staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Organize training and development programs for team and assessors.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure assessments are conducted in compliance with AB & NCVET.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of assessment.
• Address any issues or discrepancies in the assessment processes.

Resource Management:

• Manage and allocate team members.
• Ensure the availability of necessary arrangements like Question papers,
• Certified Assessors and proctors for assessments.
• Optimize resource utilization to achieve cost-efficiency.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Coordinate with AB, TPs, Assessors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
• Handle AB’s queries and resolve any operational issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with all the stakeholders.

Data and Reporting:

• Oversee the maintenance of accurate records of assessments and results.
• Generate and analyze reports on operational performance.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on operational metrics.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement in assessment processes and implement solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in Operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, particularly in large corporate strategic environments.
• Strong background in process improvement and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and convincingly.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in analyzing and optimizing operational performance metrics.
• Solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize costs effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge and understanding of data and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
