We're looking for an Operations Manager who thrives in high- pressure environments, understands the importance of timelines, and has a sharp ability to get things done while keeping teams aligned and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, streamline, and scale operational processes to ensure efficiency across business units.
• Lead and inspire teams with a balance of empathy and accountability, fostering a results-driven culture.
• Manage workload spikes by proactively identifying solutions-whether by optimizing internal resources or engaging external partners.
• Track and enforce timelines rigorously, ensuring business commitments are met without compromise.
• Continuously review and refine workflows to support rapid business growth and evolving client needs.
• Partner with senior leadership to align operational strategy with overall business goals.
• Act as a hands-on problem solver and decision-maker in day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in fast-scaling or high-growth environments.
• Strong people management skills-able to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• A "getting things done" attitude with resourcefulness and execution focus. Strong personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and find quick, effective solutions to operational challenges.
• Experience in tech-enabled, SaaS, or fashion tech-driven, e-commerce businesses is a plus.
