Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to lead our Compliance, Audit & Process team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience in the BFSI industry and a strong background in compliance, audit, and process management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Compliance, Audit & Process team.
Develop and implement effective compliance programs to ensure regulatory adherence.
Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
Provide training and guidance to team members on compliance, audit, and process matters.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of compliance, audit, and process management principles.
Experience in managing teams and leading projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of banking regulations and laws is required.
