Position: Team Manager

Minimum Exp-8+ Years with 2yrs Managerial experience

Work Location : Bangalore

Shift : Night shift(Us shift)

Work Model: Work from office

Requirement: Immediate-30 Days

Skill Set requirement:

• Associate should have minimum 4+ years experience in team handling and client interaction

• Good Written and Verbal communication

• Domain skills/Experience

o Disability Insurance

o Life insurance

o Supplemental Insurance ( Accidental, Critical & Hospital indemnity)

o Insurance compliance regulatory

• Extensive knowledge of insurance-related claim processing and legislations

• Strong knowledge in reports and presentations

• Strong knowledge in advance excel

• Should have knowledge on monthly billing

• Strong knowledge in day to day operations.

• Strong people management and leadership skills with formal team manager experience.

• Proven expertise in insurance processes and BPO operations

• Strong ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions.

• Proficient in preparing and interpreting reports and using management systems
