Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle Associates, Team Lead and to ensure that all the needs of the client are met, while taking care of the needs of employees.
To provide excellent customer service.
Manage
AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage
and to ensure that the
SLA
is getting met on time.
To manage
KRA & KPI.
Conduct daily briefing sessions with Team Leaders(TLs) and assign them targets on a daily basis.
To prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports and present it to the Management and Stakeholders.
To interact with the clients for the business process.
Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
Ensure to conduct a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed.

Experience:

Competencies Required:

Excellent communication presentation skills along with interpersonal and influencing skills.
Should have hands-on experience in using MS Office Packages like Excel Word & Powerpoint.
Must have a track record of aligning activities with business strategies and measuring impact on business results.
Must perform well in high pressure situations, balance competing priorities, and demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision.

1. Candidates with connectivity in Bhilai / CG will only be considered.

2. Candidates having experience in Generative AI / Computer Vision will be plus.
