Role Overview: Key Responsibilities

Catalog Creative Development

• Design feature images, lifestyle mock ups,  comparison  charts,  and  visual storytelling  elements.
• Design feature images, lifestyle mockups, comparison charts, and  visual  storytelling  elements. 

Marketplace Compliance

• Follow image guidelines for e-com  marketplaces  and  others  (resolution, text limits, file  sizes, safe zones, font rules, etc.). 
• Ensure every image is compliant with category-specific standardsno watermarks, no  pricing, no competitor references. 
• Maintain consistency in layout, spacing, typography, and colour usage for each brand or  catalog line.

Creative Production Workflow

• Work closely with content writers to understand key features and  messaging.
• Translate product specifications into clean, visually engaging feature callouts. 
• Adapt  creatives  for  multiple  products,  color  variations,  and product assortments while  maintaining brand identity.  Work  closely  with  content  writers  to  understand  key  features and messaging.   

Quality & Efficiency

• Deliver error-free  creatives  within  tight  timelines  for  bulk  catalog  projects. 
• Ensure high-resolution, non-pixelated  images  that  meet  marketplace  technical criteria. 
• Proactively identify design improvements to enhance click-through  and conversion rates. 

Qualification and Skill Set :

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva. 
• Strong experience in image editing, retouching, colour correction, background removal, and  composition. 
• Ability to create clean, minimal, and conversion-friendly  catalogue  layouts. 
• Excellent attention to visual details, including spatial orientation and lighting  

Creative & Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of e-commerce  visual  trends  and  marketplace  best practices.
• Attention to detail, visual accuracy, and adherence to brand guideline
• Ability to convert written content into compelling visuals. 
• Experience designing for consumer products across categories (fashion, electronics,  home, beauty, etc.) is a plus. 

Soft Skills

• Ability to work on high-volume catalogs with fast turnaround.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Deadline-driven mindset with excellent multitasking abilities.
