Ability to identify and assess defects in textiles, understand quality standards, and implement corrective actions. Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other related persons about quality issues, production progress, and any necessary adjustments. Understand the fundamentals of weaving machinery and process flow.Having the knowldge of handle the loom safely and efficiently.
