Job Title: Creative Designer Company: Orient Group (Orient Gems & Ornaments Pvt Ltd) Industry: Any Industry (Retail Gems & Jewellery Preferred) Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Experience Required: 2 - 5 years Any Industry (Retail / Gems & Jewellery experience preferred) Qualification: Bachelors / Masters in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field Position Overview We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer who can bring fresh concepts and innovative designs & motion videos to showcase our luxury Jewellery collections. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating visually stunning digital and print designs, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing customer engagement through impactful visuals. Key Responsibilities Design & Creativity Develop creative concepts, designs,motion videos and layouts for marketing campaigns, branding, product launches, and seasonal collections. Create high-quality 2D/3D Motion graphics, banners, social media creatives, brochures, catalogues, and packaging designs . Design store branding materials such as hoardings, in-store posters, signage, and display visuals. Edit and enhance product photography to highlight craftsmanship and design details. Branding & Marketing Support Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all visual communication. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials that drive sales and engagement. Work closely with digital marketing teams to produce engaging content for websites, e-commerce, and social media platforms. Technical & Tools Expertise Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Maya and so may latest designing software. Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and 3D rendering is mandatory. Knowledge of UI/UX design for website and mobile app enhancements (preferred). Collaboration & Communication Work closely with photographers, printers, and vendors to execute creative projects. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas. Manage multiple projects with strict timelines while maintaining quality standards. Key Skills & Competencies Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and color theory . Creativity with attention to detail and luxury branding sensibility. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong Hands on exposure in multimedia or making promotional videos/motion graphics. Ability to adapt designs for different platforms (print, digital, video). Strong communication skills to explain concepts and ideas effectively. Requirements Experience: 2-5 years in creative design specially in motion Videos(Luxury, Retail, or Gems & Jewellery industry preferred). Software Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Maya, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Adobe XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
