Job responsibilities

Design prototype to production

•     Work with electronic and mechanical design team to help release products to production

•     Follow ERP and MRP processes to ensure bill-of-material and standard operating procedures are released correctly

Bill-of-material

•     Work with procurement team to drive procurement of standard parts

•     Work with procurement team and quality team to manage external suppliers to drive and track manufacturing schedule and quality

•     Work with internal manufacturing team to drive and track internal manufacturing schedule

Assembly

•     Work with internal assembly team to track and manage assembly schedule

•     Work with quality team to ensure incoming inspection, in-process inspection and outgoing inspection are done correctly and on time

Interaction with customer

•     Single point of contact for product delivery commits and execution

•     Participate in review meetings and provide status updates

Internal process

•     Follow ERP process and execute on all production deliveries

•     Maintain spread sheets for material tracking and schedule tracking

•     Work on improving internal processes continuously
