Job Title: Operations Manager – Large-Scale Technology (Mobile/Web App, AI and Analytics based) Projects
Location: Mohali (Punjab)
Role: Contractual - (10-12 Months)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day execution of large-scale IT and e-Governance projects. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and rolling out complex projects that involve mobile applications, large data collection systems, and government digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage operational aspects of large-scale IT and e-Governance projects.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate between technical, field, and administrative units.
Roll out and manage at least one similar large-scale project from initiation to completion.
Implement mobile/tablet-based data collection systems for surveys, censuses, and research.
Oversee AI-enabled quality assurance, validation, and analytics for large datasets.
Manage backend systems, dashboards, and real-time reporting tools for project monitoring.
Liaise with government agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Track KPIs, prepare operational reports, and ensure compliance with project objectives.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 10 years relevant experience, with 5+ years in large project operations management.
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech / MCA.
Strong background in IT project operations, preferably in e-Governance or large data programs.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-location teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Panjabi
