Operations Executive Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow Type: Part-Time (Flexible Hours) About the Role We are looking for a proactive and responsible individual to handle part-time operations and support for our handicrafts business in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Key Responsibilities Operations (On-Site, Primary Role): Visit local suppliers in Gomti Nagar occasionally or as required. Oversee product processing after handicrafts arrive from other cities near the warehouse. Coordinate with local transport/bus services for product delivery and dispatch. Arrange and manage local labor for in-house product processing, packing, and dispatch. Work with pre-tied-up delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch. Skills & Requirements Knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel for maintaining records. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask between operations responsibilities. Must be locally available in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow for operations work. Work Hours Part-time, flexible schedule based on task requirements. Average commitment of 4–6 hours per day (mix of on-site operations and remote sales). Compensation Competitive part-time pay (to be finalised during interview).
