Operations Executive

Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
Type: Part-Time (Flexible Hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible individual to handle part-time operations and support for our handicrafts business in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities

Operations (On-Site, Primary Role):

• Visit local suppliers in Gomti Nagar occasionally or as required.
• Oversee product processing after handicrafts arrive from other cities near the warehouse.
• Coordinate with local transport/bus services for product delivery and dispatch.
• Arrange and manage local labor for in-house product processing, packing, and dispatch.
• Work with pre-tied-up delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch.

Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel for maintaining records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask between operations responsibilities.
• Must be locally available in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow for operations work.

Work Hours

• Part-time, flexible schedule based on task requirements.
• Average commitment of 4–6 hours per day (mix of on-site operations and remote sales).

Compensation

• Competitive part-time pay (to be finalised during interview).

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
