Job Title: Project Manager – Large-Scale Technology (Mobile/Web App, AI and Analytics based) Projects
Location: Mohali, (Punjab)
Role: Contractual - (10-12 Months)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager to spearhead large-scale IT projects from concept to delivery. The role involves managing complex, high-impact projects involving technology platforms, large data operations, and cross-functional teams, ensuring excellence in execution and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage large-scale technology projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
· Manage cross-functional teams of 20+ members, including developers, analysts, QA engineers, and field teams.
· Oversee at least one similar large-scale project involving mobile applications, software development, or e-Governance platforms.
· Drive end-to-end Mobile Application and Software Development (Android/iOS), from requirements gathering to deployment for public-facing or enterprise-level platforms.
· Oversee Mobile/Tablet-Based Data Collection Applications for surveys, research, and administrative processes.
· Integrate AI-based Quality Assurance & Analytics for large datasets from surveys or censuses.
· Manage Large-Scale Survey or Census Projects, including operations, logistics, training, backend systems, monitoring dashboards, and real-time reporting.
· Supervise Primary Source Data Collection Projects (household surveys, population censuses, sector-specific studies in health, education, employment, etc.) with digital tools.
· Coordinate with vendors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project goals and policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education: BE/B.Tech or MCA with MBA.
Certifications: PRINCE2 / PMP (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years in managing large projects as Project/Program Manager.
Proven track record of leading large teams (20+ members).
Experience in end-to-end execution of projects similar to those listed above.
Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Panjabi
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
Strong understanding of government processes and e-Governance frameworks.
Technical proficiency in mobile app/software development lifecycle.
Ability to handle large datasets and analytics tools.
