Location: Bengaluru (Domlur) Work Mode: Onsite (6 Days a Week) Work Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Stipend: ₹15,000 per month Duration: 3 months Internship (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs) About Unacademy: Unacademy is India’s largest learning platform, empowering millions of learners across the country through high-quality educational content and top educators. We are on a mission to democratize education and make learning accessible to everyone. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of business activities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing educator schedules, sessions, and live class operations Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables Track, manage, and maintain internal databases and reports Support onboarding and daily management of educators/content partners Resolve operational issues and escalate as necessary Ensure quality control and adherence to platform guidelines Assist in performance tracking and preparation of periodic reviews. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Google Sheets/MS Excel Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Prior internship experience in edtech/operations is a plus.
