We are currently keen to onboard an intern to join our dynamic team and grow with us. Job Description As an Intern at Luma Fertility, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. This role provides an opportunity to learn about various aspects of the business while contributing to ongoing projects and initiatives. You will be exposed to different aspects of a startup work culture including, operations, human resources, marketing and many more. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree. Previous internships or relevant coursework are a plus but not required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Support various teams in day-to-day tasks and projects as needed. Conduct market research or competitor analysis to assist in strategic planning. Help organize, input, and maintain data in company systems. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management. Work with the leadership on operations and marketing related activities. Help with clinic operations, event planning, and cross-functional tasks. Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and responding to inquiries. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
