Scope of Work – Intern: Operations Position Title: Intern – Operations Department: Operations / Marketing Objective: To provide comprehensive operational support across various departments, ensuring efficient data management, CRM updates, basic social media coordination, and cross-functional assistance to streamline internal workflows. Key Responsibilities: 1. CRM Entry & Management Maintain and update the company CRM system with accurate and timely information. Assist in data cleaning, deduplication, and categorization of leads and contacts. Track client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups as directed by senior team members. 2. Data Entry & Reporting Input, organize, and manage data across spreadsheets, platforms, or company databases. Assist in compiling weekly/monthly reports based on team requirements. Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data entries. 3. Social Media Handling Schedule and publish content on designated social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) as per the calendar. Coordinate with the design/content team to ensure timely delivery of creatives. Monitor basic engagement (likes, shares, comments) and flag any unusual activity or queries to the concerned team. 4. Team Support & Coordination Provide operational assistance to other departments (sales, marketing, client servicing) as needed. Support event or campaign execution by handling backend tasks such as database creation, follow-ups, or logistic coordination. Participate in team meetings, take notes, and ensure action points are recorded and shared. Skills & Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong command over MS Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets). Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus. Basic understanding of social media platforms. Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Deliverables: Timely CRM and data updates with 100% accuracy. Weekly reports on CRM/data entry and social media activities. Proactive support to team members during campaigns or high-volume periods.
