Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to join our team in

East of Kailash, New Delhi. This internship offers hands-on experience in daily business

operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, and team support. You will work

closely with our core team to ensure smooth backend execution and operational efficiency.

Exceptional performance during the internship could lead to a full-time role within the

organization.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate with logistics partners for timely and efficient order dispatch and delivery

● Help maintain and organize order processing, packaging, and shipping operations

● Support vendor coordination, procurement, and quality checks

● Work with the operations team to streamline processes and improve turnaround time

● Assist with data entry, order tracking, and updating internal dashboards

● Communicate with customers regarding order status, issues, and resolutions

● Conduct checks to ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards

● Help prepare reports related to inventory, returns, order fulfillment, etc.

● Provide administrative support and handle daily operational tasks as required

Qualifications Required:

● Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field

● Strong organizational and time management skills

● Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets

● Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

● Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced work environment

● A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Preferred:

● Prior internship experience in operations, e-commerce, or logistics

● Familiarity with inventory or order management software

● Interest in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands
