About Sanket Dube:

I am an independent financial planning practitioner based in Pune, working on my venture, FinSet. I started FinSet because I saw how most people in India get misled into high-commission products and poor financial choices. My goal is to make honest, practical personal finance advice accessible to working professionals and families.

At this stage, I handle all financial discussions, analysis and client work myself. I am now looking for an intern who can support me with operational and clerical tasks, client follow-ups, reminders, simple compliance work, and logistics for seminars/webinars. This will free me up to focus on client education and financial strategy, while also giving the intern exposure to how a personal finance venture is built from scratch.

About the Internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Following up with clients for documents and insurance and investment policy renewals.

2. Sending reminders via email/WhatsApp and keeping trackers updated.

3. Assisting in basic compliance work (training provided).

4. Researching tasks (e.g., finding information online about insurance networks, compliance processes).

5. Supporting webinar/seminar logistics (registrations, setup, coordination).

6. Field Work: Visiting customers, societies, offices, or hospitals for various field tasks when required.

7. Handling miscellaneous tasks as delegated - flexibility is key.

Other requirements:

1. Willingness to work hard and try new things.

2. Curiosity and eagerness to learn.

3. Reliability - showing up and getting things done.

4. Basic computer knowledge (emails, browsing, MS Office/Google Sheets).

5. Ability to understand and follow written instructions in English.

6. Local language skills (Hindi/Marathi) for fieldwork.

7. Prior exposure to Excel (good to have but not required).

8. Experience handling clerical/admin tasks (good to have but not required).
