Job Description

Role Overview: You will provide daily hands-on operational leadership to the team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and driving efficiency across all departments. Your responsibilities will include determining work requirements, allocating duties to Team Leaders and employees, implementing and monitoring improvements to Repair Centre processes, and minimizing operational costs through process improvements. You will source and lead digital solutions to support continuous improvement initiatives, ensure a safe work environment, and monitor service levels for ongoing performance improvement. Collaboration with other departments and project teams will be essential to implement new initiatives and drive innovation and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Allocate duties to Team Leaders and employees - Implement and monitor improvements to Repair Centre processes - Analyze and execute process improvements to achieve greater efficiency - Source and lead digital solutions for continuous improvement - Lead all Work Health & Safety (WHS) initiatives - Manage service levels for ongoing performance improvement - Address performance matters within Service Repair teams - Collaborate with other departments and project teams - Support and educate employees on new systems and process changes - Drive innovation and operational excellence - Lead, coach, and mentor team members - Ensure adherence to all Quality Management System procedures and policies - Maintain risk management and compliance oversight - Manage budgets and forecasts - Ensure customer-centric operations exceeding client expectations Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in repair, warehousing, distribution, or logistics environment - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP principles - Technical understanding of repair processes and terminology - Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) principles - Understanding of BIS and EPR processes - Qualification in Warehouse or Technical Service Centre Management, or tertiary studies in business (highly regarded) - Experience in driving continuous improvement, innovation, and team engagement Additional Company Details: Ingenico is a dynamic, collaborative, and diverse team that values innovation and impact.
