Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels
• Process invoices, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and timely documentation
• Support reconciliation of stock and financial data with the accounts team
• Verify and track return orders.
• Identify, document, and report any malfunctions, defects, or inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for replacements, follow-ups, or clarifications related to faulty or non-compliant products.
• Maintain accurate records of devices in return and dispatch.
• Provide internal support and documentation when required.

What are we looking for:

• Experience: 2-3 years in similar role
• Diploma/Degree in B.E, B.Tech or a related field.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong observation skills.
• Basic knowledge of how electronic medical devices function.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
