Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols. Set up welding equipment and select proper settings based on job specifications. Prepare and clean materials prior to welding (e.g., grinding, cutting, fitting). Conduct inspections of welds for strength and accuracy; perform rework if necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and other team members to meet production targets.
