Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and optimize our day-to-day clinical and backend operations. You will work closely with doctors, therapists, and the operations team to ensure smooth workflows, timely coordination, and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily operations across clinics, online consultations, and logistics Schedule and manage appointments for dermatologists, therapists, and nurses Ensure timely follow-ups and patient satisfaction across touchpoints Maintain and update operational reports and patient records using digital tools Support inventory management and procurement coordination Liaise with customer support, product, and tech teams for smooth execution Troubleshoot process issues and recommend improvements Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, operations, or customer support Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Why Join Us?
