Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of operational tasks, supporting various teams, and maintaining accuracy in data handling and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Analysis:
  • Collect, organize, and analyse operational data.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entries across platforms.
  • Excel & MIS Reporting:
  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and other tools.
  • Proficient in functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
  • Operational Support:
  • Assist in daily operations, ensuring tasks are executed as per timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support in preparing necessary documentation for internal and external use.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of new workflows or procedures.

6. Inventory Management:

o Monitor, track, and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

o Implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels.

o Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely procurement and replenishment.

o Conduct regular stock audits and ensure compliance with inventory policies.

7. Planning & Coordination:

o Develop and implement operational plans to meet business objectives.

o Collaborate with different departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

o Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets for operational activities.

o Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose corrective actions.

8. Forecasting & Analysis:

o Analyze sales trends, market demand, and historical data to forecast inventory requirements.

o Utilize data analytics to improve decision-making and operational planning.

o Prepare reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools (e.g., Uniware, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of MIS systems and reporting processes.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data for actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mind-set with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, data handling, or a similar role.
  • Experience in creating MIS reports is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
