Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Inbound Operations Executive to join our team. This role involves assisting in the planning and coordination of travel arrangements for international clients visiting India. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, good communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Fresh graduates or candidates with some experience in the travel and tourism industry are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals for inbound clients.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other vendors for bookings and confirmations.
• Support the operations team in handling FITs (Free Independent Travelers) and group tours.
• Prepare travel documents such as vouchers, service orders, and welcome kits.
• Maintain communication with overseas partners and ensure timely responses.
• Help monitor ongoing tours and assist in resolving on-ground operational issues.
• Maintain updated records of suppliers, contracts, and rates.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the senior operations team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in inbound operations or travel coordination are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of Indian destinations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the travel industry.
