Job Description

Job Summary - We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive who will be responsible for coordinating with manufacturing units, vendors, logistics partners, and franchise locations. The role involves regular follow-ups, documentation management, stock tracking, and ensuring smooth movement of goods. Key Roles & Responsibilities (KRA): Maintain and update operational data using MS Excel, including reports related to stock, dispatch, and agreements. Coordinate and follow up with manufacturing (MFG) teams regarding production schedules and material availability. Ensure timely follow-ups for raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) procurement with vendors. Coordinate with franchise partners for stock movement, requirements, and issue resolution. Handle logistics follow-ups with transporters to track dispatches, deliveries, and parcel status. Ensure timely dispatch of goods to customers and resolve delivery-related issues. Maintain proper records of inward and outward stock movements. Communicate regularly with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Skills & Competencies Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation Strong follow-up and coordination skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing setup Exposure to vendor coordination and stock handling Organized, responsible, and process-driven mindset
