Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage sales and purchase coordination activities. The role involves handling documentation, order processing, vendor/customer coordination, and supporting smooth operations between the sales and purchase teams. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming sales/purchase queries and maintain records of all transactions. Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups, quotations, and order confirmations. Manage purchase orders, vendor coordination, and ensure timely procurement of materials. Maintain and update customer/vendor databases and MIS reports. Support documentation for dispatches, billing, and logistics. Assist in preparing reports for management on sales and purchase activities. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred). 1–3 years’ experience in back-office, sales coordination, or purchase coordination roles. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP/CRM tools. Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and work with deadlines. Salary: As per industry standards Employment Type: Full-time
