CRM Executive

A CRM Executive manages customer interactions, builds relationships, and boosts retention by handling inquiries, resolving issues, analyzing data, and executing campaigns, acting as a bridge between customers and departments like Sales & Marketing to track leads, manage data, and improve overall customer journey and satisfaction. .  Key Responsibilities: ·        Customer Interaction:  Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, provide support via phone/email/social media, and conduct follow-ups.  ·        Data Management:  Utilize E-commerce platforms to track leads, update customer profiles, analyze data for trends, and generate reports.  ·        Strategy & Campaigns:  Help implement retention strategies, support marketing campaigns, and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.  ·        Cross-functional Collaboration:  Work with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless customer experience and smooth order fulfillment.  ·        Reporting:  Provide insights on customer satisfaction, campaign performance, and trends to management.  Essential Skills & Qualifications: ·        Experience: Previous customer-facing roles, call center, or CRM software experience.  ·        Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, etc.).  ·        Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, organizational skills
