Title - Account Assistant Annual CTC - 2.5lpa- 3.5lpa Expected Experience - 1 to 3 years Location - Punjab (Preferably Chandigarh)/ Remote Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts assistant to manage the process of recording, organizing, and summarizing a company's daily financial transactions such as sales, purchases, and payments and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in bookkeeping and a strong understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions accurately Reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant accounts Manage Accounts Payable: process invoices, schedule payments, maintain vendor records Handle Accounts Receivable: issue invoices, track payments, follow up on overdue accounts Maintain general ledger and post journal entries Assist with payroll processing and tax withholdings Prepare monthly financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) Support compliance with tax and regulatory requirements Provide administrative support: organize financial files and assist in budget preparation Key Skills & Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy Integrity in handling financial data Strong organization and time management Clear written and verbal communication Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred 1–3 years bookkeeping/accounting experience Proficiency in Accounts software and MS Excel Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and A/P & A/R principles Please Note: This is the Junior role About Anarvah Anarvah is a nutraceutical and functional foods brand.
