Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of client itineraries (flights, hotels, experiences, transfers, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
• Liaise with clients pre-, during, and post-travel to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Support the customization of high-end travel packages in collaboration with the sales and product teams
• Handle bookings, documentation, invoicing, and other travel formalities
• Track operational performance metrics and ensure service-level agreements are met
• Continuously optimize processes for operational efficiency and elevated customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  and

  travel management platforms

  (CRMs, booking engines, etc.)
• Previous experience in

  luxury or international travel operations

  preferred
• Passion for delivering

  premium customer experiences

• Minimum Experience:

  2 to 3 years
