Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Operation Executive specializing in MICE (Domestic & International). The role involves managing end-to-end operations for corporate events and travel, including coordinating logistics, supervising ground arrangements, and ensuring seamless execution of conferences, exhibitions, and incentive trips. The Operation Executive will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, liaise with global suppliers, and oversee budgeting and timelines, ensuring high service delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations skills with experience in Logistics Management and Operations Management
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient Analytical Skills for budgeting, planning, and problem-solving
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in the MICE industry or corporate event management is highly advantageous
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
