Responsibilities To manage our daily operations and serve as a leading point of contact for corporate clients Co-ordinating with the logistics team to maintain smooth operations To provide customer service, handling communications with customers over calls, and messages. To generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for clients Requirements Bachelor's Degree 2-3 years of operations experience in the transportation industry Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment Experience with the online marketplace is desirable Ideally a keen interest in the Transportation industry If you feel this job ad describes the company you want to work for, don't hesitate.
