The Western India Automobile Association (WIAA) is seeking a proactive and organised Operations Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of our membership department, preparing operational reports, and acting as a communication link between members and staff. Location: Churchgate, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Freshers welcome Qualification: Graduate Age Requirement: 25–50 years Key Responsibilities: Monitor and support the day-to-day work of the membership team Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports Coordinate internal workflows and ensure compliance with processes Communicate effectively with members to resolve queries and provide support Identify and report operational issues or improvements to management What We’re Looking For: Graduate (any stream) Good verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi) Proficient with basic computer tools (MS Office, Tally and others) Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt About WIAA: WIAA is one of India’s oldest and most respected automobile associations, with a legacy of over 100 years.
