Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage employee shuttle and cab rosters.
Ensure optimal vehicle allocation as per client requirements.
Track daily attendance and scheduling changes.
Monitor shuttle/cab movements and ensure timely pick-up & drop services.
Resolve operational issues on-ground in real-time.
Coordinate with drivers, fleet vendors, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
Work closely with Billing, Sales, Supply, and Travel Desk teams.
Ensure smooth flow of operational data for invoicing, reporting, and client communication.
Assist in vendor compliance and documentation.
Maintain SLA adherence and track service KPIs.
Handle client escalations professionally and provide quick resolutions.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and transport regulations.
Maintain daily MIS reports on ridership, service performance, and exceptions.
Assist in audits, vendor agreements, and compliance checks.
Regularly update operational trackers and dashboards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Operations / Logistics / Transport Management or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in transport operations, logistics, cab/shuttle services, or related mobility sectors.
Strong knowledge of roster management, vendor handling, and fleet operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 environment).
Problem-solving attitude with strong organizational and coordination skills.
