About the Role:

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
Manage order processing, documentation, and follow-up until project completion.
Monitor inventory levels, logistics, and delivery schedules.
Ensure quality checks before dispatch and installation.
Handle client escalations, resolve issues, and maintain smooth communication throughout the project.
Maintain accurate records of sales orders, invoices, and operational reports.
Assist management in streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers may also apply).
Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple teams.
